I just found out i have a complex ovarian cyst 1 cm w/ irregular borders and my period has been shorter and lighter the past 2 months, could it be ovarian cancer? i also had a thickened endometrial stripe 17cm 6 days before period on u/s. i'm 37.

Possible,: but odds are in your favor, that it is not. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is more likely. Important to followup with your doctor, as planned. 17 Cm is an unlikely measure of the uterine lining, 17 mm is possible.
