Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cancer can present as cystic lesion .It is sometimes not easy to differentiate benign cyst to malignant cyst. Thus, if the cyst is big and growing-a surgical resection should be seriously considered. Talk to your gynecology oncologist and discuss more in regard to surgery etc. The risk for you is even more significant with the positive family history of ovarian cancer. Good luck.
