Yes: A person may have atherosclerosis of coronary arteries and not have any symptoms or abnormalities on tests. It is not infrequent that the first manifestation of heart problem is sudden death. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Heart testing.: In regards to heart health and heart disease, blood markers and ECG tracings give us rather basic knowledge. For an individual with heart disease risk factors, then, normal results of blood testing and ECG would not be reassuring. Stress testing and coronary artery imaging may be necessary.
