Yes: There are many trivial abnormalities of the ekg that are of no consequence, and others that are seriously concerning. Usually these have nothing to do with cholesterol or lifestyle or routine labs. Your physician knows how to deal with this. It's also good to have a baseline ekg in case your cardiac health changes.

Yes: Asymptomatic CAD or structural heart disease may be present. Other tests such coronary calcium screening & echocardiogram would screen for those.
