Sounds like: "pleurisy"...which in turn at your age is most likely due to a viral infection. The lining of the lung gets "inflammed" an when you breathe you rub it against the lining of the lung cavity in the chest! Google It and call your PCP Primary care provider who will probably want to obtain a CHEST X RAY or Chest CT scan! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
