Hi. i am concerned about the pain and having difficulty breathing. the pain i experience is on my arm on the left shoulder it's been there for the past two day. i'm also experience sharp pains in my chest area but that comes and goes.

Must call the doctor: A person in her 30's with left shoulder or left arm pain without a good reason or explanation should go to her doctor or the ER to be checked for a heart attack, especially with breathing problems. That means not waiting at home. It could turn out to be a lung problem, a bone or muscle problem, or an acid reflux problem, but such a heart problem can be fatal. As they say, 'better safe than sorry.'
