Get seen now: Chest pain that is new, especially if worse when breathing needs to be evaluated right away. Pain with ,taking a breath can be due to something simple like pulled muscles, or overuse, or to more worrying problems, like pneumonia or a blood clot in your lungs. Get seen now at the ER or call your PCP, or the doc covering for your doc) for instructions but go to the ER if you cannot a doc tonight.
