Hyperthetical. pt given diag of stage 4 pancreatic ca last april. ct now shows no sign of ca. what stage is the pt now ?

Unclear: Was the patient treated? Chemo or surgery? No cancer in the pancreas or no cancer in the body? That would be amazing but if it were true then the patient would be in remission or cured. No stage for that!

Cancer: If it was stage 4 last years and nothing is coming up now , discuss with your specialist. If I comment on the CT report alone, it means no disease but I don't know circumstances for your question. I have never seen a stage 4 pancreatic cancer clearing out completely, but this is medicine. Please discuss with your specialist about the specifics.
