Why do I still have severe pain under my right rib cage? Gallbladder was removed 2 yrs ago, CT scans clear, mris clear and blood work is normal.

MRI of gall bladder showed something between gb and pancrease (pancrelipase). Said it might just be a lymph node but repeat mri in 3 months. % chance of cancer?
Would a CT with contrast diagnose a gallbladder or pancrease (pancrelipase) issue? Or are ultrasounds possibly an endoscopy better at finding problems?
I just had an abdominal MRI, with and w/o contrast to check a liver lesion that was picked up on ultrasound. It came back as a hemangiona. Would this type MRI also show other issues, such as cancers of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas?
