CT will show both: Yes, a ct scan will show both organs, the pancreas and the colon. Contrast material, such as oral or IV contrast may enhance the evaluation. Ct is probably the best modality for pancreatic imaging. For the colon: inflamatory conditions, diverticulosis, and large tumors will usually be easily seen with ct. Small lesions such as polyps within the lumen are better seen with colonoscopy.
