Bad to smoke weed.: Not sure what condition (if any) you are trying to treat, but unless you have a medical marijuana prescription, it's not advisable to "smoke" anything - smoke itself can cause cancer. An unknown number of other effects come from cannabis. Smoking weed after a scope or other medical procedure is particularly bad - focus on why you had the scope to begin with! Use better judgment of risks & benefits

Not necessarily but:: Cannabis has many proven health benefits; it relieves pain and inflammation and help one relax. While cannabis smoke does contain carcinogens it has anti-cancer properties, so the best evidence is smoking it does not increase cancer. It can be sedating so if you're still sedated after the scope be careful and don't drive. If it is legal in your state should be OK. See http://tinyurl.com/7pleaed
