A member asked:

My biggest fear is siezures. how can i make sure i never develop epilepsy? in the past i have had a couple mild concussion does that increase risk?

Dealing with fear: Simple concussions don't increase seizure risk -- I think any claims to the contrary come from these people being watched more closely afterwards. You're sixteen years old, and part of maturing will be realizing that there's nothing you can do to keep yourself fully safe form any particular health problem. Talk with your physician or other counselor about this fear; I've known happy epileptics.
