Implant: An implant is an artificial tooth root that goes under the gums. No one sees it, so color doesn't matter. The crown that goes onto the implant is usually all metal or tooth colored ceramic. Talk to your Dentist about custom coloring, but expect to pay a premium fee.

Porcelain Color: Speak to your dentist about what their lab can do for you regarding colors. The crowns are made out of porcelain, so obviously tooth colors should not be a problem. Pink is also not an issue since it matches the gingiva. Green, purple, blue, black, yellow, and cyan are not usual natural tooth colors, and would be a custom fabrication. I guess if money isn't an object, the sky's the limit.
