A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cramps, nausea: Upper abdominal distress and nausea for such a prolonged period of time must be investigated by a gastroenterologist. Possibilities include peptic ulceration, gastritis, pancreatic disorders and stones in the bile ducts. Have your primary care physician refer you to a gastroenterologist or contact one yourself.
