Might be a kidney: Or ureteral stone. Have your doctor examine you, check urine and possible kidney xray or ivp.

Agree with kidney: this may represent a kidney stone as previously suggested. it would be important to know if this pain was present before the two prior operations. If so, it is likely a kidney stone would have been identified. At age 20, the most common cause of abdominal pain is constipation. Normal colon function involves an average if 2-3 stools per day although very uncommon in the US. Fiber may be helpful.
