Gallbladder surgery: Post gb surgery you have to monitor your diet. 5-10/100 will have post surgery diarrhea/ dumping. A high fat diet,caffeine, dairy, sweets may result in diarrhea. it may be as a result of increased bile in GI tract .Sometimes meds that absorb bile like Questran (cholestyramine) are useful. May be change in flora of intestine,so probiotics may be of some use.Also maybe retained stonne /infection. See a doctor.
