Rogaine (minoxidil) loss: Hair thinning has many causes: hormones, thyroid, nutrient deficiencies, medications, etc rogaine (minoxidil) is used for androgenetic hair loss in men & women. Androgenetic hair loss is uncommon in 20 yo women. Please have hair loss evaluated by your dermatologist. Significant hair regrowth happens in 30% of people that use rogaine (minoxidil). Rogaine (minoxidil) is best at maintaining the hair you have.
