VIRAL: sore throat can present with mouth ulcers. Several different viruses can do it (one of them is actally called "foot and mouth disease"! TRY MILK OF MAGNESIA applied with a Q tip directly to the cancers (mouth sores) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
