No: It is called impaired anti-polysaccharide response . If there is recurrent sinus and/or lung infections, either prophylactic or gammaglobulin replacement may be considered. If he is healthy otherwise, it would be ok to just wait and see.

Partially low iga- 40 mg/dl- normal is 68 and above. Igg is 1362, normal range is 580-1500, igm is 111 which is normal. Cvid? Or Normal?
