Why does my right shoulder hurt when i'm playing a sport that doesn't involve much shoulder use?

Need more info : What sport and what movements? Worst case scenario could be heart/angina pain can sometimes radiate to the shoulder especially with physical activity but also depends on location of pain and what movements hurt. Suggest see a doctor for an examination
