Strengthen your...: Posterior deltoid strengthening is the best one exercise. Also lat rows will help!

Surgery?: at 19 years old, you have a high risk of recurrence especially if you play collision sports. Some military studies show risk of recurrence up to 90% but with reduction down to 10% with surgery. If not collision sport or older then risk is less. Rehab with strengthening of internal rotators (front shoulder muscles) may help
