Have it evaluated : At your age haveing shoulder pain should be evaluated by a doctor. Your symptoms could represent a variety of problems. Better to be safe and make sure you are not injuring the joint when you play sports.

Rehab!: Pain with shoulder movement, could indicate tendonitis, bursitis, or cartilage irritation. Playing with pain can cause undesireable compensations which can lead to other problems down the road. See a sports med doc for a diagnosis and rehab prescription. Sports-oriented physical therapy can decrease pain and fix mechanics in addition to giving you cross-training recommendation, if needed.
