pulled muscle: You should try rest & ice first but after 3 weeks if symptoms persist than you should see an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in shoulders. First x-rays and clinical exam. Then possibly MRI or physical therapy. Worst case it may require arthroscopic surgery to repair any torn rotator cuff tendons. I have had this surgery so i hope yours is just a strain and goes away with conservative treatment.
