I've toothache between teeth 4&5.i went to dentist, nothing visual or on x-rays.the pain only happens early in the morning or late evening. any clues?

Sure: Bruxism, loose filling, fracture, food entrapment, sinus inflammation. These issue may not show up on a radiograph and need to be evaluated visually and by taking a medical history. If your current dentist cannot determine the cause of your discomfort, then it may be time for a second opinion.
