Toothache pain can't see dentist at moment but pain is mostly mild sometimes excruciating but when i rest my head on my arm on the side of the effected tooth my whole jaw shakes teeth chatter what could cause that?

You are putting pressure on the area of the tooth that is in question, thus causing more trauma to the tooth. Since you can't see a dentist now, take Tylenol ES. and some Advil or Motrin. Ask your dentist for advice and best way to resolve this situation until you can make an appointment, don't wait too long, you could end up loosing the tooth or causing a more expensive treatment.
