I have pain in my back in the area of the left lung. i have no fever, no dry cough. no sweats no fatigue. might this be something i should be concerned about. aspirin does help the pain a lot. i am not having trouble sleeping or lying down, it actual?

Muscular pain: Apply local heat and also use Ibuprofen as needed to relieve muscular chest wall pain. If there are no signs of a flu like illness, fever or shortness of breath, another cause may be chest wall pain due to muscular strain.
