Need check up: It sound like you are really dealing with a lot. If you haven't yet seen your doctor, you should go and get a general check up, exam, blood work. A number of different things could be the problem, and stress in your life might also be a contributing factor. Make sure you are getting enough sleep, too. I hope you feel better soon!

Start with your MD: To rule out medical causes, but it sounds like depression with anxiety. Talk to a mental health professional. The most effective treatment is cognitive-behavioral therapy, sometimes supplemented with medication. Also helpful are exercise, social interaction & engrossing activities, practicing stress management, committing to meaningful goals, practicing gratitude, & doing kind things for others.
