Little kid put finger in nose after nails were painted. they were dry but still tacky. is that okay?

Likely fine: If this just happened once or twice, it should not be a problem. If this is a persistent issue, I would consider not painting a young child's nails and wait till they are older. Many or most children do put their fingers in their noses, which by itself has its own risks, and is difficult, if not impossible to stop.
