Osgood-Schlatter's: 6 years is an unusually long time for resolution of symptoms of O-S. I would have your leg re-evaluated.

Fragmentation of-: -the tibial tubercle is common in OS. If your growth is complete, the fragment that is usually inferior. If an exam has proven positive, excision can help.
