No: probably diarrhea and reactive lymphocyte are secondary to viral infection ,he need follow up with his doctor.

Diarrhea is watery and yellow in colour occasionally chunky in appearance. Did a white blood cell count test which came back normal, electrolytes and sugars also normal. Sypmtoms have been present for a week.
