Sir,my daughter (6m old)suffering fever and diarrhea.yesterday we took blood test & platelets count is 128.today it is 127.but wbc & rbc is in normal.

Fever and diarrhea : in that age group is mainly caused by a viral disease, and would take its course, most importantly is to avoid dehydration. A pediatrician's evaluation is warranted if symptoms worsen or no improvement, CBCD isn't needed in a mild disease, let alone repeating it, platelets count is marginally low, can be expected with a viral disease and would self correct, best wishes
