No need to worry: Most lymphadenopathy in infants are viral in origin. Only concern would be anemia. Without low hemoglobin or significant abnormalities in lymphs or neutros, ok to observe. If nodes get secondarily infected treat with appropriate antibiotics. Little cause to be concerned about cll in that age group.
