A member asked:

Hi, i suffer from migranes once in a while. what can i do to reduce them?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Occasional Migraine: See a neurologist for evaluation of your headaches. Migraines can be serious causing disability and death. Avoid cigarette smoking, reduce stress, avoid certain foods (look on internet), get regular exercise, eat balanced meals, get on a regular sleep cycle and maintain good posture. You should be evaluated by a neurologist.
