Good meds available.: There are effective medications available for migraines. Immitrex, maxalt, Frova (frovatriptan) are examples. You don't have to take them at the very first indication of a headache, but it's nice to get the treatment started early, and get out of pain! ask you doctor. Lgromkomd.

See your doctor: See your doctor to get evaluated & treated...Try to avoid anything that may trigger it, take your medications when you get the migraines, go in a dark room, rest & avoid noisy areas.
