I : I am sorry to hear of your illness. Migraine is a common disorder that if present will likely recur. There are many options nowadays that can be of assistance. First is to look for triggers which are available online thru web md or the american academy of neurology. Next is to keep track of your headaches on a headache calendar so you can be objective with regards to the treatment efficacy and whether you are a candidate for prophylaxis. Third is to have an abortive agent on hand for any future headache as aggressive therapy can prevent a 2 day headache that you describe. Good luck.

Bad migraine headac: You may have had it in conjunction with your men's trail period, you may have been overtired, you have eaten something that triggered off, or you may have eaten something that contained msg which is found in chinese or oriental food.In any event since there are other causes you should consult a neurologist to get to the bottom of your problem.
