Ruq pain: These symptoms are suggestive of gall bladder dysfunction. If an ultrasound doesn't show gall stones, there may be sludge in the gall bladder causing symptoms. The duct is not obstructed. If symptoms persist,I would have an evaluation by an abdominal surgeon.

Followup w ur doctor: in itself not explain ur symptoms. may need other workup including rule out celiac sprue, pancreatic disease, kidney stones, constipation, etc Need more info including potential medications and underlying conditions to explain ALT and ur symptoms, but happy to consult or give second opinion on workup so far.
