Possibilities are: Lung problems, such as pneumonia, pleuritis, pneumothorax, pulmonary embolus; or chest wall problems such as costochondritis, muscle strain, mastitis, shingles. Too many to name them all, and some could be serious. See a doctor to help you figure it out.
