Left sided chest pain that started when i woke up. feels tight when i raise my left arm, turn torso to the right, lay down on stomach, take a deep breath, sit up straight, etc.. its not a constant feeling. feeling like i need to take deeper breaths?

Chest pain: chest pain can be associated with multiple things. although left-sided chest pain is is heart would be unusual at 24. However pericarditis and or pulmonary embolus would be possibilities. Bronchospasm asthma some type of musculoskeletal pain involving your pectoralis muscle.
