Extrasystoles: Your description suggests extrasystoles, that are common in normal individuals. Sometimes due to excess caffeine or stress, most of the time remain unexplained. Any associated symptoms, such as lightheadedness, chest pain, nausea among other should trigger workup. Hope it helps.
