No. Need biopsy.: The ONLY way to know if it's a tumor is to undergo a biopsy. An MRI cannot tell you, nor can any other "scan". Undergoing a biopsy is a major decision (especially near spinal cord), so you're better off trusting a doctor with experience to tell you if it's likely abnormal. They'll go over your symptoms, history, & family conditions b4 deciding. Only get a biopsy if it's highly likely 2b abnormal.
