For 2yrs ive had on and off spinning when i lay in bed. ct and eye exam was clear. neuro exam was good. could they have missed a brain tumor though?

Vertigo.: This sounds like vertigo, and technically speaking an MRI of the brain would be more useful for the assessment of the areas of the brain of concern in this regard - the cerebellum and inner ears. That’s not to say that you have a brain tumor, but your work-up is not complete.
