Atypical Dermatitis: You appear to have sensitive skin, especially with your "Skin Writing" disorder. An Atypical allergic pruritic dermatitis is most likely, especially since you need to take the medication, to help treat the allergic component and decrease your symptoms . A good dermatologist and or allergist/immunologist could do testing to possibly define your condition further. Best wishes.
