Hi, please help. i have a rash on my upper body. i dont know what causes it. it itches allot & wakes me some nights to scratch. i tried applying cream for dry skin but does not work. it is a burning feeling. what can i do?

See a Dr.: Rashes can be caused by infections (fungus, parasites), allergies (dermatitis) or underlying disease. Each of these is treated in a different way. See your Dr for a thorough history (where did it start, where did it spread to) and examination. Your Dr will then be able to prescribe the appropriate treatment. To ease the itch immediately use calamine lotion or take diphenhydramine.
