Cold urticaria: Is very likely “cold induce urticaria”, is a benign although uncomfortable condition, be careful not to jump in cold water that can produce a bad reaction. The protection from cold exposure and the use of an antihistamine will help. Look at AAAAI.org for information and to find a local allergist.
