Atypical Rx for PID: Safety is not an issue; these antibiotics can be taken together. However, this is atypical treatment for PID and will not adequately treat the most common STD causes of PID, nor many other bacteria often involved. However, the situation itself is atypical. HSG rarely triggers PID, but if that's what happened, perhaps the treatment will work. But check with doc if still symptoms after 2-3 days.
