Lower dose, maybe: Azithromycin increases the levels of Diltiazem, & Diltiazem will increase the levels (effects) of Azithromycin when taken 2gether. Maybe a reasonable way forward is 2 talk to ur doctor abt decreasing the dose or taking smaller amounts of both. If u r at the lowest dose of Diltiazem, then holding off on Diltiazem is a reasonable option. U shd be monitored while taking Azithromycin during this stage
