Completely: normal and my own opinion is that the extrasystoles ("skipped beats') can be lessened and in fact eliminated with REGULAR exercise!!! Hope this helps! Dr Z

Yes it is ok: Sounds like you have been extensively evaluated in the past. A few "skipped beats" is not a big deal and a bit unusual that you feel them but if they are not causing any symptoms then likely not a concern.
