Yes: Your body can build up a tolerance to the medication if you've had previous trials on it. Give it some time. If you had good response to it in the past, you're likely to have good response moving forward. If you're not doing counseling as well, I would suggest it. Sometimes our circumstances have changed significantly and may need some new approaches too.
