Hopefully: I hope you continue to tolerate it well. But remember, it can take 4-6 weeks to see the full effect of ssris like lexapro (escitalopram).

Hard to say: Headaches are a common side effect of many antidepressants. If Lexapro (escitalopram) caused them previously it may very well cause them again. If that happens, your doctor should change to another med. There are numerous options.
