I'm a 32 yr old. Two vaginal deliveries, uncomplicated. I have had a small uterine polyp for years (1cm) and it's on my mind alot. Found out about Endosee Advance(in office hysteroscopy). Would it be less painful because of my deliveries?

Heavy bleeding. Endometrial biopsy showed polyp. Hysteroscopy/polypectomy done and Dr says my uterus lining looks irregular and has some scarring. Never had a D&C. What does irregular mean? Could this be hormonal? Im 45 and FSH is 66
What do you advise if i had a hysteroscopy performed to remove 4 polyps, 2 in the cervix, and 2 in the uterus. Now I am thinking?
